OwnerKeel is a brand of Pinnacle Publishing LLC (“OwnerKeel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). OwnerKeel is based in Dunedin, Florida, and operates ownerkeel.com. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact us about a walkthrough.

1. Information we collect

When you request a walkthrough, the form sends us:

your name (required)
your work email address (required)
your business name (required)
the type of service business, if you choose one (optional)
anything you write about what you would like to make easier (optional)

We also receive any related correspondence. Please share only what is needed to discuss a walkthrough. Do not submit customer records, passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

Our hosting provider receives technical information needed to deliver the website, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and timestamps. Our server also briefly uses the IP address of each form request to count how many requests come from it in an hour. That count is held in server memory only and is not saved with your submission.

2. How we use information

We use inquiry information to reply to you, arrange and hold a walkthrough, and keep a record of those discussions. We use technical information to operate the website, prevent spam and abuse, and troubleshoot problems. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list.

The form contains a hidden field that people never see. It exists to catch automated spam. Submissions that fill it in are discarded; their contents are not logged or emailed.

3. How your inquiry is delivered, stored, and shared

Email delivery. Your submission is sent as an email through Resend, an email delivery service, using its United States (us-east-1) region. It is sent from hello@ownerkeel.com to the owner’s inbox, with your email address set as the reply address so we can respond to you.

Email you send us. Mail sent to hello@ownerkeel.com is received and forwarded to the owner’s inbox by Forward Email, an email forwarding service.

We treat inquiries confidentially. Information may be accessed by OwnerKeel and Pinnacle Publishing LLC personnel who need it to respond, and by the service providers named above, which support hosting and email delivery. We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. The protections available under local law may differ. A separate signed agreement, where applicable, may provide additional protections.

4. Cookies, analytics, and website services

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools. It does not load third-party scripts. Its fonts and images are served from this website, not from an outside font or image service.

5. Client workspaces

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including ongoing discussions, recordkeeping, and applicable legal requirements. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no website, email system, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit an inquiry. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern, email hello@ownerkeel.com. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights, including objection, restriction, portability, or a complaint to a privacy regulator.
